Huddersfield meet Manchester City

u15's Impress at Valley Parade

The Huddersfield RCD League u15 representative side caused quite a stir when they played in the Bradford City Invitation Tournament.

The tournament took place on Mon 25 May at Bradford's Valley Parade ground and included teams from The Craven League, Manchester City and Bradford City.

Although Huddersfield were unable to win a game, they also didn't lose a game and their skill and style of play certainly raised a few eyebrows amongst their illustrious opposition.

Everyone agreed that Huddersfield were probably the best team on the day and, with a stadium full of professional club scouts, the lads did themselves and the reputation of the league proud.

Despite failing to score, Huddersfield hit the woodwork in all three of their games with highlights coming from Liam Hallam whose blistering shot from 30 yards bounced to safety from the underside of the Craven League crossbar and Chris Snaith's brilliant save to deny Manchester City.
