The Huddersfield RCD Junior
Football League is keen to lend support to The Forget Me Not Children’s
Hospice which directly benefits children with life limiting and life
threatening illness’ and their families in Kirklees, Calderdale and the
surrounding areas. |
As a Football League where over
9,500 able bodied youngsters can enjoy their favourite pastime, the League
believes that any person, team or club wishing to donate any funds to
charity should consider a donation to the Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice. |
Teams and Players will be able to
see and read about how their money is benefitting other less fortunate young
people. |
Over the last 10 years the
charity has raised enough funding to build a brand new hospice, costing over
£2m, but the hard work doesn’t stop there. |

The Charity's Partnership
Development Manager Kate Goldring said...
“We now have an amazing new facility, in order to run vital services for
children and families we need to raise over £2m every year, so the support
of the community is now more important than ever.” |
